Privacy policy
The data controller is Tiago Morais (independent developer, Spain). Contact: tiago_morais@me.com. This policy explains what Next · Up collects and your rights under the GDPR.
What we collect
Your email and a hashed password (never the password itself); your language and timezone preferences; the items you choose to track and the episodes you mark as watched; standard server logs kept briefly by our hosting providers; and anonymous usage statistics — page views and referrers, with no cookies and no link to your account. No advertising. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone for marketing, and nothing follows you to other sites.
Why
To run the service you signed up for (contract): your timeline, calendar feed, emails for password reset. Optional email interest lists (like the Pro waiting list) only with your consent.
Who processes it for us
Vercel (hosting, and the anonymous usage statistics), Supabase (database, EU), and Resend (transactional email, EU infrastructure). Schedule lookups query TVmaze and similar sources without sending them anything about you beyond the titles searched.
Retention and deletion
Data stays while your account exists. Deleting your account in Settings removes it all, permanently and immediately.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — email tiago_morais@me.com. You may complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
